PLATFORM FEES
Flat GHS200 and GHS500 one-time platform fees for residential and commercial properties, respectively. This token one-off platform fee takes care of our server and software fees, document processing, transportation to your property to inspect and/or finalise with the landlord, and other administrative costs.
SUBMIT PROPERTIES
If you find your own rental property and we have to visit it in-person to view, inspect and approve it, it obviously comes at an upfront costs, to take care of our property details submission processing and transportation
