After successful login to our platform, you have four(4) main options to start your tenancy with us:

2. Self-Search Rental Property to submit
3. RNPL-Assisted Search
4. Extending Your Existing Tenancy.
1. AVAILABLE RENTAL PROPERTIES
We keep a combined renting and selling property portfolio, accessible only for pre-qualified prospective tenants like yourself. See list.
2. SELF-SEARCH PROPERTIES
If you salary levels above our minimum threshold doesn't provide you with a qualified rental property from our portfolio, you can look for your own (that meets our requirements) and submit it to us for approval.
3. RNPL-ASSISTED SEARCH
If you need us to assist you with looking for a qualified rental property outside our in-house portfolio, we can do that for you at an upfront fee. You can start your assisted search by completing this online form.
4. EXTENDING YOUR EXISTING TENANCY
You simply complete our online form here, telling us about your existing rent accommodation, landlord details, etc.
